Characteristics:

1. Equipped with high-precision feeding device, accompany with fan below the conveyer belt, and form feeding is smooth and reliable.

2. Electrical motor control uses Schneider transducer, stable control without fault.

3. The complete machine adopts PLC control systems, which is Schneider brand, has high degree automatization

4. Pressure control is automatic pneumatic control.

5. Heating system adopts oil heating circulatory system (equipped with rotary joints, gear pumps, automatic controlled temperature.)

6. The distance of edge covering for paper (paper length) controlled by variable speed unit.

7. The cutter position is controlled by the structure of photoelectric eye and pneumatic.

8. The paper tear off adopt the structure of photoelectric eye and pneumatic. This machine also can control tearing off time base on the size of paper.

9. Tension control adopts electromagnetic powder brakes and air pressure roller is used in the film lowing of charge.

10. The machine adopts optical fiber track and will stop automatically when paper out.
